Quality Over Quantity 

We’re a small farm in the Kaʻū region of Hawaii growing coffee and produce with care and intention. We focus on building healthy soil, keeping inputs low, and producing quality food and coffee for our community.

What We're
Building

We’re developing a small, diversified farm in Kaʻu focused on specialty coffee, fresh produce, and on-farm processing. Our goal is to grow thoughtfully and provide high-quality products to our local community. We’re building this step by step, with a focus on doing things right rather than fast. With our current plan we will have no coffee production for a couple years while rehabilitating the farm. 

Current focus:

  • Establishing and rehabilitating coffee trees

  • Growing seasonal produce for local distribution

  • Planting citrus for co-fermentation

  • Building out small-scale processing and drying capacity
